Manage your bookings

You have the following options:

  • Change passenger data (name/s or phone number)
  • Cancel your entire booking or parts of your booking

Please note: if you want to change the date or time of your journey, you must first cancel the original trip. You will then receive a refund voucher equivalent to the price of the canceled items, less a cancelation fee. The cancelation fee will be displayed in the next step of the cancelation process. You can then use the cancelation voucher to book your new tickets via our website.

Forgot your booking number?
You can find the booking number at the top left corner of your booking confirmation, which we sent to the email address provided.
First and last name of the passenger or the email address used for the booking.
